- By Carl3 · PostedJust bought 5 dozen Snell MTB Black. Supposedly just like the Pro V1. Reason? $139, free delivery.
- By Carl3 · PostedGet a large bucket of balls and hit to a target at maybe 100 yards or so out with any club longer than your normal 100 yard club. Even a driver. It won’t wear you out as you are not swinging hard. You will need to be swinging nice, easy and relaxed. If you focus on hitting the target it should also help in controlling the club face.
- By Getbacktogolf · PostedI've only shot one round this season here in NJ. I shot 5 over on the front... then my friend left. The starter told me to go back out on the front nine again so I did and shot even par on the front. I got the second part on video because that's what I do. It a short little course... good to get a starter round in. I hope to get out more later in the year. Kids are out of school and I mostly play golf in the fall season. If weather lets me. Brent
- By BC-to-MI · PostedThe centered pivot is getting a lot closer to second nature at this point. There are times, especially at the end of a walking round when I'm getting a little tired physically and mentally, where it gets inconsistent, but I don't need to focus on it as much any more. Still need a lot more consistency with controlling the backswing and not letting my torso drift too far forward on the downswing, but most of my misses are now a couple grooves low and thinned, but straight, rather than unplayable slices. Driver has been an absolute train wreck the last couple rounds, basically unplayable, as it's been a wicked slice that I'm just praying I can control and have it roll at a 45 degree angle to about 250 or so. Today, I just really focused on making a proper centered pivot and having the feeling of just bringing my arms along for the ride. I still ended up with a long backswing, but my last 15 swings were 10 of the best drives I have ever hit, three solid ones, and a couple offline, but usable ones. Instead of low line drives, even on good contact, I was hitting high 5-yard fades and carrying about 270-280 into the wind. Definitely one of the best golf feelings I've ever had. Hoping to be able to replicate this tomorrow.

Taylormade M2 Serial Number Check
There is an extremely small 'ARP' stamp next to the serial number on the hosel of the seven iron. ARP stands for Asset Recovery Product. This product comes from retail stores or pro shops and is returned for different reasons (over-ordering, inventory clearance, etc.). TaylorMade stamps ARP so that they know the history of the item. I just bought a set of Mizuno MP 58 on ebay. What I made sure first is that the seller has a return policy. Then if the seller gives you the serial number in advance you can call Taylormade and check to which set that serial number belongs to.
